All customized products are manufactured as per the specifications, designs, dimensions, colors, or content provided by the customer.

Once production begins, modifications may not be possible.

3. No Cancellation Policy (Customized Products)

All customized or personalized products are made specifically for you.

✔ Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once placed.

✔ Cancellation requests after order confirmation will not be accepted.

✔ In case of advance payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.

4. No Return & No Refund Policy (Customized Products)

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

✔ We do not accept returns for customized or made-to-order products.

✔ We do not provide refunds for customized products once delivered.

✔ Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or size due to the 3D printing process shall not be considered defects.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged during shipping, or

  • Significantly different from the approved customization details

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video proof.

After verification, we may at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Offer a partial solution

Refunds will not be issued unless legally required.

6. Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying spelling, names, dates, sizes, and design details before confirming the order.

  • Providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Production time

  • Courier delays

  • Unforeseen circumstances

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
